OUR STAFF:

We recognise that for the Service User sometimes the most important people are the Care Workers who they have regular contact with, and they play a key role to their welfare and wellbeing. Our staff go through the interview process, and candidates with skills to meet CQC standard are offered the job, DBS checked, trained, shadowed, and assigned to work alone when the manager is satisfied with their performance.
